my touchsmart application worked awesome when it was versioin 2.xxxx.

Now when I am upgraded  and using version 3.0.35.xx  the tiles are STRUGGLING to move and the flick feature does not work at all. Seems to me like it is suffering to load and nothing moves properly. I called support, but all they do is say "do a recovery" for every problem. THere has to be a way to fix this without a stupid recovery. Anyone?

My computer is not slow at all otherwise. Just hte touchsmart application, and yes I am using windows 7 after upgrading with the HP cds.
