Can anyone elborate on the lack of VS Express Edition support? 

 Is VS 2010 Beta supported?

I've heard from one person that the VS Express Editions actually work with the SDK. VS2010 Beta 2 should work as well. The SDK doesn't contain any Wizards or Plugins for VS at this point.

Any word on how to get it to work (Visual Studio 2008 Express)? It's not working by default.
