hi

I have a touchsmart tx2 pc with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit installed.

For the update I have seen the system requirements, and my system fulfills all the things mentioned.

But, when i tried to install the application update 3.0.35.0, it stopped saying, the minimum requirements are not present.

can anyone help

thankyou

LAkshman

Another one of the same error. I cannot get the Touchsmart program to load on my TX2-1340ea, it just crashes at the startup screen. I got the impression that this softpaq is suppost to fix that, but just get the minimum requirements not satisfied.

Same here. We have the TouchSmart IQ816t, and performed a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit. We can not install the TouchSmart software, getting the minimum requirement error (9996) every time we try to install the "update". C'mon, HP. We paid for your hardware and your software, and you're making it impossible to use it. Why would anyone in their right mind care to develop for this moribund platform that you block your own users from using?
