My hard drive on my Touchsmart IQ500.uk recently failed. I cant retrieve anything off it. I want to get my touchsmart software installed back on my computer with its new hard drive but apparently no recovery discs have been found for my 32 bit, only 64 bit.
How can I get the touchsmart software back?
do you want the short or long answer - both are NO! I spoke to helpdesk - they sent me the recovery discs and when i tried to get my money back because they were the wrong ones - suprise - nobody wanted to know! I couldn't get any help from HP at all. Therefore, I will never buy another HP product again.
