Does anyone has any idea if HP is planning on releasing an updated model of the Touchsmart?? it's almost a year since they released the current one. A design facelift would be nice ;P, not that i'm complaining or anything, i love my touchsmart!!

When you browse partsurfer.hp.com or the Touchsmart Live Chat product list you see the next TouchSmart series listed. They are going to be Touchsmart 300 and Touchsmart 600. Rumors hold that the 300 series is only 20" big wheras the 600 series is supposed to come in 23". They will be smaller but, from what I've heard, also considerably cheaper.

Now it is also on Engadget:

TouchSmart 300: 20"

TouchSmart 600: 23" with smaller resolution then iq8xx and without blue-ray

If you really wanna go big, buy the iq820 as long as you can and upgrade to Win7 after October 22.
