Hello,

I am really looking for a solution to upgrade the video card - I am hardcore gamer and would like to use the very best gfx card in combination with the amazing touchsmart computer.

Of course I suppose its pretty unpossible to install another inhouse gfx-card, my idea was more to get the gfx-card out, mount a cable on the connection with the other end outside of the box and run the new gfx-caard external.

Am I crazy or could this be possible ? Any PROs or CONs to mention ?

 Would really appreciate professional advise.

patrick, i have searched the internet until I'm blue for just the option to add the 816 graphics card to a 504, will have to call and pray that hp will let me buy the upgrade and not sock it to me, I am also upgrading the cpu, that was easey. The cards are very vendor specific and have seen nothing out there for a add on from any other vendor.
If you find out anything let me know

Just out of curiosity Brett, what CPU are you going to upgrade to?
