I would trust Best Buy as far as I could throw the store. The site shows a refurb TouchSmart, but it does not say WHO refurbed it.
Personally, I would pass.
Also, the graphics card is attached directly to the mobo, as I understand it.
Hope this helps.

Interested in this deal on eBay, that seems pretty good:
...but I really want to know if the Video can be upgraded or am I stuck with whatever I get when buying a Touchsmart desktop? Any advice?
Thanks, Pete. I don't trust Best Buy either, as I've had to return something before. Their return policy needs to move into the 21st century and be in favor of the customer. But apparently, the warranty is supplied by the factory, so possibly not an issue here, as far as quality of the unit is concerned.
In any case, are you sure the mobo has the video card built-in? There are several video options for the TS, is why I ask.
The only things you can upgrade/switch out on the HP Touchsmart, no matter what model, are the memory and hard drive. See Upgrade and Service guide HP Touchsmart manual here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01490909.pdf Hope that helps!
