Hello, my name is Paula and I'm from Spain.

I recently bought a hp smartouch IQ522ES and installed the windows 7 beta.

I work all the HP TouchSmart but the bottom of the page it's not funcion. I download at the official web, but it not makes me try to install and say me error:

"Your system is the minimum needed to perform this operation is to cancel the operation (9998)"

you know what can i do?

The TouchSmart software was written at a time when Windows 7 did not exist yet. The updates on the HP Support site are not designed to deal with Windows 7 either. However, you can find guidelines for how to attempt to install things anyway by searching these forums.

In addition, once you have all the programs installed, you will have to right click on each programs ".exe", choose properties > Compatability > Vista
to make them run properly. Still then, though they will not run perfectly.
