Is there a way to make middle mouse click on touch?

Hi, there is an application that I use frequently that requires middle mouse click, can the touchsmart do middle click touch as well? even on wndow7?

Not that I know of. You can touch and hold to get a right click, but I don't know of a way to get a middle click. At least not in Vista.
