i just flash my bios to F.14 for my tx2-1115AU. and it work with no error. my laptop doing faster than before.
As the title says there is a new BIOS version (F.14) available for download on the support page for the TX2. I´ll flash my BIOS this evening. Maybe the flickering cursor will stop then. Who knows?
The .cva file says:
[US.Enhancements]
- Adds support for Microsoft Windows Vista Operating Systems with Service Pack 2
(SP2).

Well I flashed my bios to the new version but didn't recognize any improvements or speed ups. Seems all to be just like before.

After applying the update system seems a lot more stable, I've also stopped getting the annoying disconect reconnect noise every 15 minutes. The only thing not fully functing now is the known issue with the n-trig drivers

The bios update is listed on the software and drivers page for 1027ca from HP. So I guess it will work with this machine as long as you are running Vista on it. Don't know if it will work with Windows 7.

I guess this might be a general issue since I just got my TX2 1025 dx two days ago, & after updated BIOs with F14 the flickering cursos is still jumping around randmoly.
