You can't. The IQ770 software was never made available for download, as far as I know.

Note that the IQ770 software is VERY different from what people on this site usually talk about (which is the IQ500/800 software).
I bought a used iq 770 on ebay and it has arrived WITHOUT the touchsmart software and home icon. Touchscreen works fine. How do I download the smartcentre program please?

very many thanks. I'll do as yiou suggest. My machine has been previously upgraded to 500gb. I don't know if that would explain losing the software?
My guess is yes, since that meant you had the hard drive switched out. Unless you had it done by HP somehow, that would have probably wiped out all the factory software. I assume you restored your personal data somehow after the upgrade to 500 GB.
