Yes, the update was taken down temporarily. It should be back up soon. It may get a different filename when it does, though.
When I added my IQ506 (the 800s came out right after-- 
) to my support area at HP they said there was a critical update here:

Which points to:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software10/COL25535/pv-65559-1/sp40382.exe
Which does not exist! Anyone know what is going on with that?
