Hi all

I have a problem when using Windows Media Center watching live tv on my Touchsmart

It is a iq8xx with Avermedia A323 minicard hybrid DVB-T tv-tuner. I am running windows 7 and the drivers for tv-tuner is ok.

My problem is that the live tv signal is "freezing" when I have been watching tv for about 25 minuts. The signal stops and I get a errormessage that says:

"LOW BIT RATE. The tuner stopped capturing data. Make sure the tuner is installed correctly and the software drivers are up to date. If the problem persists restart the computer and try again."

I also had this problem when my iq was running Windows Vista

Hows your signal quality show up in media centers settings? I had a similar problem but not hte error message and reaiming my antenna seemed to help.

I'm using an amplified, directional outdoor antenna.

Hi David

How does you see signal quality in Media Center settings ? - I have gone true TV setup and have found all the channels on my cable.

I am using cable tv and is not having problems with our 4 other TV's.

Hi,

Any solutions or good proposals to this problem? I have the same problem on my IQ830 that is running Windows7 64-bit Danish.

The driverversion to my AVerMedia A323 MiniCard Hybrid DVB-T tuner is 1.1.64.51, which seems to be the latest.
