Hi all. This is my first post here and hello to everyone. I have a Q506 touchsmart, which I purchased 10 months ago. The first problem was the coax input terminal is loose in the case. Solution; new case. Next; I upgraded to vista ultimate, after which the touch software would not function. I get sounds when I try the touch but only the botom part of the touch screen moves. I tried the diagnostics but when the squares are shown, only random boxes respond. Anyone else have this problem?
