Call HP. It could be as simple as something just needs to be snapped in place, however, it is possible that it may have been dropped or bumped pretty hard during shipping. Start the ball rolling with HP to get it repaired or replaced and DO NOT try to fix it yourself. Doing so will more than likely void your warranty.
