Like many others I too have encountered problems with a Touchstart, and there appears to be no main reason for it. I've read it may be down to the heat, my PC is in a air conditioned room so I discount that one. At factory setings the PC is fine, it appears to kick off as soon as you start to load on your everyday applications. And yes I've had every problem  that has been mentioned on this forum. The Unit was bought in April and went in for investigation in June. A fault with the Motherboard was detected and duly replaced. I had 5 days of faultless operation, but after installing a number of programs it was worse than ever. The unit is back to the repair shop at the moment. I've just been told it is a BIOS problen and this has now been upgraded. The repair shop has kept the unit for a day to check out and have now informed me it is ready for collection. I'll keep you posted.
