pc back from second repair - bios upgrade. problems still remaining. repair shop can't explain the reason why it is malfunctioning after they checked it out for a day without any problems. it was suggested i run on touchscren and disable the keyboard. which i did. i have now been using the pc for 7hours without even a minor hitch. here's hoping
