Yes you can. Outlook is a program that is included in microsoft office. It can also be purchased seperately.

Woohoo! I won my Touchsmart!
I want to be able to download my calendar and contacts to my I Touch.
It can only be done through Outlook, can you have Vista and Outlook on the same PC?
