Hello,

I've got my TX2z for two months now.  Upon arrival I reformated the thing and installed my very own Vista Ultimate x64 in it.  I was not able to find the exact driver that originally was installed for the finger print reader (FPR) but I found one that works ok.  I am able to logon to windows, enroll my fingers, etc.  The functionality of using the FPR for website logons, software logons and other type of screens after the Windows logon although intersting resulted in a very anoying and clumsy program preventing me from working, so I disabled that function to leave the FPR for only Windows logon when I wake up my pc.  My questions are the following:

1- Is the original software driver that came with the PC better in this regard.

2- Since I only use the FPR for Windows logon, the FPR is enabled while I am in the Windows session and when ever I even touch it during my usage of the tablet writign on the screen, it changes the focus away from my current application because the FPR did not understood my fingerprint.  Is there a way to make the FPR ignore finger prints while in a Windows session and just pay attention to them during logon ONLY?

Thanks,

Juan

BTW Any developments on the Eraser pen issue ?
