Did you check the labels on the box that it came in (assuming it came in a glossy black retail box and not a plain brown box, possibly refurbished)?

The other thing you can do is check Device Manager and see if it lists a tuner.

Or start Windows Media Center and have it try to set up a TV signal. That will tell you pretty quickly if it can find a tuner.
