Hello

I bought HP touchsmart IQ500.es few days ago. I had to reinstal windows (Vista 64bit) because I can´t speak spanish. I have all drivers installed but I can´t find the application I bought this machine for. The application is called the Touchsmart software as you of course know.

Please, don´t you know where can I download the software? I´ve tried almost every site but unfortunately I wasn´t lucky.

Have you tried the HP support website? Or contacted HP Support to talk to them about getting a set of English system recovery DVDs?

I tried HP website, and there isn´t anything. Just updates.

Have you tried running the updates? If yes and they don't work, I'd recommend you contact HP Support and request a set of English System Recovery DVDs for your model. They're not free, but you pay only for shipping and handling.
