Getting some weird playlists showing up in all 3 apps:

1)  When I try to delete a playlist in TS, it just doesnt work.  I click delete and nothing happens.

2)  Windows Media Center shows a playlist called "Untitled" and also does not allow me to delete

3)  Windows Media Player also has a ghost playlist of which I cannot add songs to or delete.

 There are no additional playlists in my playlist folder, so I have no idea how to get rid of this thing (in all three).
