undervolt the AMD CPU by -0.05 for each of the three p states using PumaStateCtrl x64 as a Windows service and you will be much happier:
- same performance
- much cooler temps
- much quieter (fan)
- noticeably longer battery life
Seeing how the battery is horrible I'm looking to buy a second battery but at a reasonable price. Does anyone have any good reliable websites?
Is the tx2500 compatible with the tx2? What about the tx1000 battery?
^^^^ How do you do this??? And can you do it via windows 7??
HP Tx2-1250DX
Win Vista (Bah!)
Win 7 (Mucho better!)
I have read that puma is not in existance anymore, and i couldnt find a reliable link for a recent version...

I used the below guide to undervolt, worked a charm.
