You can download an evaluation version of the newest revision of the snowflake app that is often demonstrated on the Touchsmart here: http://natural-ui.com/solutions/software_nw.html (the link is the little green box with the yellow border on the right side of the page). This has the air hockey game, the "scattered pictures" photo viewer, and quite a few other apps.
The trial version only runs for 5 minutes before it shuts off, and some of the features are a little quirky (I couldn't get the exit to work on a couple of them), but it is very cool to play with. I haven't checked on how much the full version costs yet, since they don't say, I'm guessing I don't want to :)
