If you are talking about the touchsmart all in one desktop with the touch screen, then you may be a bit disappointed in its abilities for graphic design. It lacks pressure support and is more of a "touch" type screen than an actual drawing type of screen like a Wacom.
I have tried using a stylus on my TS and while it works, it is somewhat lacking compared to a tablet.
As an interactive touchscreen, especially with the multitouch capability of Windows 7 added in, it really shines though.
