My HP Smartcenter has never worked, it looks like this...

When I click restart it says its downloading something but nothing changes, is there any way to fix this?

Also while I'm here, can I play a Nintendo Wii on my Touchsmart and if so how do I set it up?

You have an IQ77x?

How would I find out what model it is? A-H 3 maybe?

Is it a unit that looks more like a monitor and has two translucent feet, or is it a unit that has the touchscreen mounted on a larger 45 degree piece, supported by a heavier horizontal base? If it's the latter, you have an IQ77x, if the former, you have an IQ5xx/8xx.

That's the IQ77x. It has no video in, so you can't hook your Wii up to it.

The SmartCenter problem is more difficult to troubleshoot than can be done well across a forum like this. If your system has a recovery partition, you can attempt to do an advanced recovery on just the HP SmartCenter application.
