Hi everyone,

It contains the following changes:

Allows users to change Clock to 24-hour format.

Resolves issue where SmartCenter stops working when the DVD application freezes. The DVD tile will be hidden when a freeze is detected.

Resolves issue where the Weather application does not remember user's zip code and reverts to the default zip code.

Adds Norwegian language support for Touch Browser.
