Best thing you can do is call HP. They're going to know if anyone else has had this problem and they're going to be able to give you the best advice.
hi all
really hoping you can help me my mum bought me a touchsmart the first bulky one that came out i have had a few probs with it ie cant put any photos or music from pc todisc it wont do it but my main problem now is that after turning it off one night i turned it on next morning and the screen is blank nothing on it at all i touch the screen and i can hear beeps but that is it
a few people have said it could be expensive to repair as its the screen but it happend after my warenty expired im really upset as its to help my children to learn esp as one has speach problems and gets frustrated
