Help!  When i get everything up and running everything looks fine.  Then when i click and icon on my desktop, everything turn white and it says done in my lower left corner.  i have to hit my windows button to get my task bar up and then i can view my desktop or whatever i was trying to get into in the first place.  Beside that, i'm at this forum right now and i there aren't any task bars showing, at the top or the bottom.  so if i bring up my windows task bar, i can get back to my desktop and then if i hit an icon, the desktop will disappear this window will then be my background and whatever it was i hit will come up over it.  i have norton and it's telling me everything is okay, so i'm hoping this isn't a touchsmart hardware problem.  help!
