hi.i have touchsmart tx2.when I watch movie on full screen, arrow still not disable ,the touch screen thinks the pen tool is out and bouncing around the screen,like me touch many times.please help me

What program are you using to watch the movie and have you tried using other programs to watch the movie in full screen?

i try using other program.but still same

Does this only happen when you are watching a movie in full screen and not any other normal useage?

There are a number of threads regarding the random movement/touches across the screen on this forum. Some relate to hardware issues from an improperly sheilded power supply for the screen, others from driver issues.

Try looking at those threads and seeing if any of the troubleshooting in them helps.
