I just bought got my Touchsmart tx2z the other day and Ive been trying to work the fingerprinting. I have practiced and practiced on the DigitalPersona to get the fingerprinter to read my finger but it wont read the fingerprint. Ive swiped it slow, fast, horizontal, vertical, not swiped at all and it just keeps saying it cant read it. Ive searched Yahoo and YouTuber for tutorials (pretty dumb, I know) but I found nothing. Im starting to think its the program and not the user. Can someone help me? I know it shouldnt be this hard..
