I'm using tx2-1009au, most functions work out fine but I seemed to be losing the brightness control everytime I close the screen lid. It is quite irritating because I could not adjust the brightness for comfort view in different lighting condition.
I have send a enquiry to HP but it does not reply me.
Does anyone have the same problem and know how to solve it?
