Try uninstalling and reinstalling it?
Just in case you don't know how..:
Uninstall HP TouchSmart, TS Notes, TS Calendar, and TS Media (or Music/Photo/Video depending on which model you have) from Programs and Features.
In the start menu search, search for "recovery" and open up the Recovery Manager. Click on Advanced Options, and select reinstall software programs.
You need to reinstall all of the four components of TouchSmart.
Just wanted to thank everyone for helping with my last problem, now I have another.
The Touchsmart program won't open. I tried going through the program files in case the shortcut wasn't working but to no avail.
Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry about not getting back sooner but I have only just got around to trying it and it didn't work. I followed the directions to a T. Any other ideas.
