DEAR ALL

I bought this touch smart pc but I find the music does not come loud and very disappointed.

Others also feel same and what to do to rectify??

The sound system on these is not all that good. You can do this:

1. Enhance the amplitude on all your music files with sound editing software.

2. Get external powered speakers (this is the easiest).

I watch a lot of movies and dvd's on my touchsmart and find that sound to be marginal at best. I feel that the intention was for the user to use higher end speakers with these units.
