Any of them that are available retail will work for that.
Home Premium would suit you fine.
I've had my HP Touchsmart Desktop since Xmas '09 and would love to upgrade to Windows 7, but I'm unclear which version to get to keep the Touch capabilities, etc.
Does anyone know?
Thanks!
Ultimate would be best for the XP Mode.

Professional which is cheaper than Ultimate also supports XP Mode.
One needs to remember that for XP Mode a CPU with Virtualization feature is required and most of TouchSmart models do not have these CPUs.

As does my 1270US.
I'd say its more likely that TX2 models all have virtualization. Its not new tech. Cant imagine desktops being different.

And here you are wrong. A lot of them have P7350 and P7450 CPUs that do not support that technology.

Szadzik, what do you find Crappy with you HP? I have the IQ846 model. I have some buyers remorse but I just shrug my shoulders and say "Oh well" to that.
I need to replace my Toshiba Touchscreen Tablet and am looking at the Acer or Lenovo. I don't think I want another HP.
Funny thing is that My Toshiba has been a workhorse but for some reason I fail to consider them for a second purchase.
Smile, God is watching you.
I am using an IQ846 Touchsmart

It is crappy in comparison to my HDX9250EA laptop I sold to buy TouchSmart.
The laptop had 2 drive bays, T9300 CPU, 8800M GTS GPU and a 20" screen. It was a great performer.
TS looks crappy next to it when it comes to specs.
I still love it though. I bought it for the big screen as I watch lots of movies. I only upgraded RAM and I am happy with its performance ovreall.
