Have any of you gotten the extended warranty with your touchsmart? So far I have not extended my warranty.

Most times I have been building my own PC. Never had to take it to the shop and I have become spoiled.
The last name brand PC I owned, the Hard Drive crapped out and the only thing the remote assis would tell me to do is re-image the drive. I did that a few times until I read them the riot act and telling them I could still hear metal grinding when the drive started and I refused to re-image the drive again!
They send a guy to replace the drive..
I won't say who made the PC but I was happy to be done with it when I got a new one.
