Windows 7 itself has no built-in program for using webcams. Usually you download some Instant Messenger program to play with webcams. It really depends on what you want to do.
How do you turn on the webcam when you are in just plain old windows 7?
I have a 526.

How about using the HP WebCam software? my 506t has it and it's pretty slick.
