Can anyone tell me how to remove and reset the wireless keyboard and mouse receiver. My keyboard keep skipping while I type in some forums and emails. I have to use the touchscreen keyboard when the wireless keyboard messes up and that slows down communication for me. Very frustrating. I checked at the back of my HPIQ560 computer where the receiver is suppose to be located but it does not seem to have anything there to remove or reset. Are some of the computers made with the receiver internally? Is there a special way for me to remove the receiver? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
