Well Avarto is screwing up like always. I have submitted my Proof of Purchase THREE TIMES NOW and they claim that they did not receive it.
Bunch of muck ups. ARGH!!

I receive the update package on 3th November.
The package comes with:
- The HP Windows 7 update DVD + product Key
- A very useful HP updgade Assistan DVD with drivers and apps, which guide you in the installation process
- A detailesd brochure with instructions
After a successful installation, Windows 7 works perfectly on my 820.

Avarto is also very VERY fond of letting your submit your POP and denying it for no obvious reason, it's worth calling them to straighten it out.
Twice I've had folks call them for "POP DENIED" and they say "there's nothing wrong, we'll modify the order to accepted"
