Like the title implies I have a tx2-1270 attached to the HP Notebook quickdock. When I attach the freeagent drive to the computer usb port directly it works fine.
Whe I use the cradle (2 usb ports needed) attached to dock the drive lites up but it is not recognized by the computer.. The quickdock has 6 usb ports and nothing else is plugged in.
I checked cradle and drive on another computer they work fine. Check other USB items on Quickdock they work fine.
Does the Quickdock USB just not have enough power even with 2 USBS? Anyone else have this issue?

Solved.
Just in case anyone else has this problem. Usee the two USB port on the side of the Quickdock with the cradle it'll work. The four on the back of the Quickdock don't seem to work with the cradle.
