There are problems with sensitivity to touch certain areas of the screen.

Where can I find troubleshooting tools for n-trig (HP tx2-1350, windows 7 64bit)?

There are no tools with which to troubleshoot with. The issues with the touch on certain areas of the screen is a common issue people are having with the latest ntrig drivers/firmware, and if you read up on one of the 3 topics that say "ntrig" in the top 10 of the forum list here, you will find a wealth of information discussing it and possible resolutions to this.

Is there a way to make sure that this is not a hardware failure? Оn my device, this is area from the left to the right edge in the center of the screen and has a height of about 0,5 inch.

Right around the HP logo on the screen frame? Sounds like an issue with the firmware that alot of people are having. What is the driver/FM package that you are using currently?

Now I have installed the latest driver from HP - v.2.184 A (ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45501-46000/sp45835.exe).

"About":
Driver version 1.26
Firmware 4.5.31.8.5
Software bundle version 2.184

Could you try the 2.59 driver/firmware package and see how that affects the screen tracking?

I tried to install this driver. The above problems are not observed. It seems the problem is not hardware.
