I would call them
Ok I was going around HP to see if the rebate prices dropped on the TX2 and to see the estimated tax. When I see options of paying I see Bill Me later so I chose that and I don't have to pay for 6 months. When I filled out my order sheet and answered the bill me later questions it said my order sheets does not authorize any know what that means? Anybody have a solution to this problem? The questions they asked me to fill out is the last 4 digits in my social security number and enter my date of birth.

Not exactly the right place to ask about billing issues, but yah, call them to resolve that or find out more information.
