Can you explain more..Which device you are using i.e. model number etc. Which operating system you are using?? How did you upgraded your OS?? With this little information, Its really hard to give you any definitive solution for your problem.
why is my media smart feature is not work after installing window 7. Can't seem to download a newer version of mediasmart program for win 7, everytime i do it give me a litte black screen with c prompt and a bunch of other stuff.
