I m French and i have a Touchsmart 600-1030fr with seven 64.
I have a little probleme, with Microsoft Touch Pack forSeven i don t have Microsft Surface Collage. I have all Microsft Surface except Surface Collage.
First Question : IT is normal ?
Second Question : How download Surface Collage for seven 64.

You cannot download any of the touchpack applications currently. Microsoft is debating on even letting it become a downloadable application at the moment. Your options are sadly limited to getting the touchpack through other means, less than official download sites or torrents.
