The mouse is pretty sucky. I went off and changed it out for a Logitech V550 Nano, which has an awesome "hyperscroll" wheel and a tiny little USB receiver which sticks out of the side of the computer less than 1/4 inch.
OK, I have only one...maybe two things to gripe about.
First, I love my Touchsmart. After using the same PC for the last 5 years and the same TabletPC for several years, this is a welcome new addition. The overall build quality and innovation are great with thte exception of one thing...the mouse. My Touchsmart looks like a piece of fine furniture/AV equipment but I just can't help to think that the mouse feels cheap. Now, I know that this is a "Touch interface" device and that is what I do mainly on it thanks to my long term use of tablet PC's but there are times when I just have to use the mouse and I would figure that with all the other high level components that went into the Touchsmart, the mouse would meet that criteria too.
I'm still getting used to the keyboard after coming off my Logitech MX3000 Cordless Desktop, and kind of like it. We'll see. As for the mouse, I just plugged in the dongle for the MX3000 and changed mice. It just has a better feel to it.

Woohoo! I won my Touchsmart!
I may see how much $$ Santa gives me and possibly get a Bluetooth mouse. I have a small thinkoutside BT mouse to try out but its small and has limited features. I like my MX3000 but its a couple years old and I wnat something new for my TS. Althogh, I am finding that I'm using my fingers more.
