Dear Fellows,

I have a AOC 22 inch HD monitor. I like to plug it into my Tx2z when I am around it. Windows 7 used to auto detect it when ever I plug the vga cable in. However, just a few days ago, it suddently stops doing so. I tried reinstalling the ATI driver even the whole system, but still the problem kept unsolved. Now I am thinking maybe the new F.25 BIOS is to be blamed. Cause I remembered it was after I update the BIOS that the problem arose. Anybody has similar issues on this one?

It seems that it is not because of the new F.25 BIOS. I just found out that whenever you push "win+p" and choose "Extended" in windows 7 without plug in any exterior monitor, the system will cycle to the next exterior monitor that ever been connected to the laptop. I have connected a projector beside the AOC monitor before. So I guess somehow I pushed "Win+p" and chose "Extended" one more time by mistake so when I plug in the AOC monitor it was the wrong configuration and system sends the wrong singal to the monitor. So I guess whoever has experienced similar problem could always push "Win+p" and choose"Extended" to set the right configuration again. Hope this helps!

Vista had the same settings as well for this.
