Hi everyone,

I just bought one a refurbished touchsmart (got an amazing deal for $739) and have some questions.


I always tinker with computers when ever I get them so I am curious

Can I put 8gb of memory in this PC?

 whats the max core 2 duo I can put in as well.

its all about performance with win 7 64 bit :)

Core 2 Duo T9500 looks comparable to the T6600

shouldnt be too hard to swap out :)

looks like the memory is not the 1066 I hoped for but the 800mhz

does anyone know the max resolution of this particular model with the 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS

could the MB handle 800 and 1066? I thought it was one or the other.

max res 1920x1200 the dual channel ram has to have matching sticks for max performance I do beleive. Have fun with your new toy! :)
