Just wondering what this means, I am monitoring the battery of my tx2-1020us with two programs; BatteryMon and HWMonitor.

They both report Designed capacity as 55080 and the Full capacity (100% charge) as 57830.

Shouldn't the full capacity be lower?..

Probably an error in how it is reading the charge levels.

That or you have discovered energy compression... =p

That depends on the use and settings you have configured, there's no true set number, if the specs mention 3 hours of life, expect between 1-3 hours, etc.
