Hi,
I'm all new to the HP SDK and left with a question:
Is it possible to design, create, publish and run touchsmart apps through the SDK on a non-HPtouchsmart touchscreen pc?

I believe you can not do this. HP has created SDK for developing apps for TouchSmart and you need TouchSmart shell running to avail the api's of this SDK. TouchSmart shell run only on HP machines ( as long as I have tested!!) so SDK will not benefit other touchscreen machines. You can always check the option given by GTG.
