Hello.. i have a hp touchsmart tx2-1025dx,
Initialy i got it whit windows vista ultimate 64bit, everything works perfectly... drivers, software, media smart, etc. But now a installed windows 7 ultimate 32bit and the n-trig doesn't have compatibility software well i don't know for sure, well... i still haven't found it. Either i can't get work the fingerprint reader i've already download and install the driver (authentec) and the software (digitapersona) from hp's support webpage for windows 7 32bit but the problem persist. I really don't know what to do, does anybody has the same issue?
pd. sorry for my terrible english. i hope you got the idea lool.
